RFTR’s 2000-6000 MHz module amplifier family consists of reliable ultra wide-band power amplifiers achieving various output power levels. These amplifiers are suitable for CW or Pulsed waveforms and can be used in different applications such as radars, datalinks, jammers, UAVs in S and C bands. All modules offer forward-reverse power monitorings and survive under ∞:1 load VSWR condition. PAs can be enabled/disabled in as fast as 4 µs that makes them suitable for power saving during pulsed applications. All products in this family are designed with the components that do not require any export license.
